| yeah! u r good enough to become a mod, but not a super mod! i agree that the 1st joiners must be admins/super mods, but not that much! u see, i reached 200messages in less than 3weeks, but, i am a normal mod, but u only have under 100 messages, u need to be more active to become a super mod, like i am doing

first off,
i dont think requiring a fixed number of posts is a good idea as a requirement for staff application
requiring x number of posts gives people an aim to reach, which is not that closely related to what being a good mod or admin really is.

| yeah good idea! when the number of staff increases, we make the number of posts bigger, which makes it harder, but i still don't agree about 150XD
