i guess your right, but what thing unique? almost all of the ideas was taken, i think we must have various things, not something unique, even if we found a new idea, any other member will steal it and introduce it in his website,
i think that we must have are:

  • animation
  • art
  • sprites
  • hobbys
  • moderators/admins personal section
  • downloads

i didn't mean half the people, i also didn't mean a little two much, a website with 50 members registered, must have 4admins at max, 7 mods, 5 super mods, and the rest is members and contributors

I see that as being a rare case, i don't see many people on these types of forums being afraid of rules.

No, that's way too much for just 50 members registered, let me give you an example over at codingschool we had 1000 members registered and had 5 admins, 4 mods, and no super mods, and the staff worked out fine.
