| i asked for the sheet from the author of that char on mc site, either he hasnt replied or he intentionally ignored me
anyway, nevermind this. i found something similar to spopovich's body, although i would still like to use spopovich if the author gave me the sheet
and there is a reason why i need the sprites in SHEET form, then i need the permission

Stuff about permission is practiced not only in mugen and sprites. thats what copyrights and trademarks are for in more important stuff in real life

Taking an author's work editing and releasing without asking permission is basically a slap in the face to the creator.
