Demoted nearly everyone except sgn, Killa who are moderators and mg, who is admin.

I also gave the moderators the ability to reproof since it seems they couldn't do that.

Any other suggestions?

Yes, the idea and smiley were totally leeched from Titlin, deal with it.

first of all congrats on being admin, good luck ! with making the site more active.
Secondly, try answering all the unanswered suggestion in the suggestion box that were "totally" ignored.
delete all the extra position like friends and e.t.c
change the icons of contributors.
