| It's come to my attention that the characters being posted are usually lacking proper credits and screenshots/videos/animated gif.
Whenever you post a Character you MUST give credits and Screenshots/videos/animated gif.
To take a screenshot in mugen just simply press F12.
To make animated gif's just open the character in fighter factory, then go to animations, select the proper animation, and then press the cactus.
No one likes to play the guessing game when downloading characters.
Also while we're at it, if you ever edit a character and release it, you must obtain permission from the original author to do so.
And also you must also list exactly what you edited from that character.
BTW this regards screenpacks, stages, M.U.G.E.N games, and spritesheets as well.
